Welcome from the Headteacher – Mr Barber​

Can I firstly say Welcome to our wonderful school. 

Woodrush High School is a fantastic place, full of positive students and talented teachers and support staff, who make it a uniquely wonderful community to grow and learn. 

Our facilities are great and enable us to offer a broad and exciting curriculum and our staff are caring, passionate and enthusiastic and are excited to meet you in person in September.

The move from Primary to Secondary school is a big one, and it will create many different  emotions from excitement to nervousness and this is entirely normal. Be reassured that there will be a team of staff, including myself and the leadership team, who will make sure your transition is as smooth and successful as possible.
