Try to start the day as if you were heading out to school - have a shower, have breakfast, hydrate, get changed out of your pyjamas and start the day with a positive mindset. Establish routine, promote positivity in every day and develop a new kind of ‘normal’.🔆

Easy in principle but not so much in practice! The goal here is to build a structure out of playing cards; a house and a roof. Balancing cards on one another is not easy and it becomes more difficult as you build up the cards and they get higher. Plus, changing the shape when you get to the roof will make the structure even more wobbly.

It is so easy to just get up and laze around the house, getting our work done without even getting changed out of our pyjamas.
